Welcome to Podium: Sheet Music Studio. By accessing this web application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

The Service is a free and open-source web application for creating, viewing and annotating music scores in PDF format. The Service is provided "as is" and is accessible to users without requiring login, signup, or personal information.

2. No Warranty

This Service is provided as is, without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the functionality, availability, or accuracy of the Service. Use it at your own risk.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful or harmful activity;
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers;
• To attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the source code in violation of the open-source license.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any score files opened in Podium.

4. Open Source Licensing

This web app is released under the GNU Affero General Public License. You may view, use, modify, and distribute the source code under the terms of that license. The source code is available at github.com/studiop5/podium.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
